Facilitation - The GRI Action Management System for Business Improvement
Carbon Managers run facilitated workshops with key decision makers to define and manage actions required from your carbon emissions strategy. Actions are identified and organised and then set into a web based action management system called GRI-AMS. Actions are allocated to the responsible party and supported by the specific knowledge required on that action. Risks associated with the action are defined and project managed. Ideas are collected and audit trails established.
